Christmas Lights Switch-On at the Jewellery Quarter

The Jewellery Quarter's renowned Christmas Lights Switch-On event is almost here, taking place on Friday, 15th November 2024, from 5pm to 7pm!

Get into the festive spirit with live music from Dino Baptiste Boogie Woogie Trio and Elle-J Walters Music, and don’t miss the iconic fireworks display.

This year, over 100 jewellery-themed festive lights will light up the streets, including the city’s largest lighting feature—a stunning 3m x 3m illuminated diamond ring, perfect for a Christmas selfie! Explore two 30-foot Christmas trees and 25 beautifully decorated festive windows.

The event begins at 5pm with live music, followed by the light switch-on and fireworks from the roof of the JQ Modern at 6pm. Delicious street food from Notty Bites, offering vegetarian and vegan Indian fusion dishes, plus nibbles and drinks from Lunchi Urban and Rose Villa Tavern will keep you fuelled throughout the evening.
